A: Home Furniture and Accessories. Our offerings include:

  • Sofa sets (stationery, sectionals and recliners)

  • Dining sets (from 2 up to 10 seaters with servers)

  • Bedroom sets (king size bed, dresser & mirror, 2 night stands and chest of drawers)

  • Mattresses (king size from 8 to 14 inches height) and bed pillows

  • Coffee tables (from 2 to 4 piece sets)

  • Accent cabinets (chairs and cabinets)

  • Accessories (vases, greeneries, show pieces, rugs, wall and desk clocks, trays, candle holders, mirrors, wall arts and more)

2. Ordering & Delivery

Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can shop directly from our showroom, our website by adding to cart, or contact our sales team via phone or WhatsApp. See our contact us tabs for more information.

Q: Do you offer delivery services?
A: The delivery/transportation of furniture is upon the customer. Our assembling team loads and offloads the furniture and assembles the furniture in the customer’s home in Dar Es Salaam.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days. Pre-order goods are delivered 90 days after the order has been paid for and confirmed.

3. Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Goods once sold cannot be returned or money refunded unless the furniture is significantly different from what was sold or significantly damaged. The return should be done immediately by the customer. Pre-orders are not returnable.

4. Warranty & After-Sales Services

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes! All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration varies by product. T&Cs apply.

Q: Do you offer furniture assembly services?
A: Yes, we provide free assembly services for items that require setup in Dar Es Salaam.
